Strategic Marketing
Integrate marketing strategy with execution through action learning
In my experience, Strategic Marketing is a rare skill. A lot of this has to do with the way it is taught in business schools – a number of concepts with no real process to string them together.
I look at Marketing as an organizational capability key to driving long-term growth and strategic advantage. Over the last 15 years, I have developed a method of teaching marketing which is Action Learning oriented and in a boot camp fashion ensures that each participant has hands-on experience developing and getting feedback on building a marketing strategy and execution plan for a brand of his or her choice.
I have trained over 1000 participants – within my own organization as well as in Business Schools over the last 15 years and have full confidence that this program is effective – whether it be a large company or a start-up; and whether the participant has an MBA degree or not.
In essence, I train people to integrate marketing strategy with execution.
The Action Learning Approach

Each participant develops and presents a complete marketing strategy and execution plan, not just theoretical concepts.

The unique integration of strategic thinking with practical execution planning, not just one or the other.
